If you wish to delete your account associated with the School Run, please send an email to:
What to include in your email:
- The email address linked to your account
- (Optional) Reason for deletion
What happens next:
Once we receive your request, we will delete your account and all associated personal data within 7 calendar days.
Some data (e.g., transaction records) may be retained if required by law.
